Today, friends and family said goodbye to Paul Lee for the last time. At the funeral, Paul's loved ones gathered from as far as Korea to remember his life, share in their grief, and consider what he meant to them. Even though Paul's time was short, his generosity and compassion blessed many people during the nineteen years he had. Moreover, we are challenged to live better lives in his memory. Pastor Soo Young Lee shared Corinthians 3:12-13 in honor of the work Paul did in loving his neighbor, and to remind us to take every opportunity to do the same. Paul's cousin, Kim Ki Won, spoke for the Lee family. He expressed his initial shock and anger at the news of his cousin's passing, his slow acceptance of what had happened, and the family's gratefulness for the community around them. Thank you for your support.
